Vesta Pharmacy Ltd (company no. 12345678) is a UK-registered pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (premises 1112233). Our registered office is 14 King Street, London W1K 4PR.

What we collect

We collect personal information you provide when registering, ordering prescriptions, booking appointments or contacting us. This includes name, contact details, date of birth, NHS number, medication history and clinical notes.

How we use it

We use your data to provide pharmacy services, dispense medication, deliver prescriptions, communicate appointment updates and meet our regulatory record-keeping obligations.

Sharing

We share clinical information with the NHS, your GP and other clinicians involved in your care, in line with NHS data-sharing rules. We never sell your data.
