1. Who we are

Vesta Pharmacy Ltd, a UK pharmacy regulated by the GPhC (premises 1112233). Superintendent pharmacist: Dr. Priya Mehta (GPhC 2098765).

2. Using our services

You agree to provide accurate clinical information and to use our services for lawful, personal purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense medication where we have clinical concerns.

3. Prescriptions and dispensing

NHS prescriptions are dispensed in line with NHS regulations. Private prescriptions are dispensed at our published price list. Charges are confirmed before dispensing.

4. Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the address you specify.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Medication cannot be returned for safety reasons once dispensed. Appointment fees are refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
